One question,
i was … One question,
i was thinking of getting a camera for my heli (esky honey bee) and was wanting to have wireless feed projected onto my computer monitor. how much would this cost?
I corrected you … I corrected you already and will not continue to converse about this on youtube comments about something you will apparently find hard to understand. No disrespect meant, but not many people are able to comprehend what is meant by the Earths curvature and will not try to explain it for you.
@neil78b Sorry I … @neil78b Sorry I already graduated but if you want to keep assuming that I know nothing then tell it to my AP credits and my general knowledge.
If you think I’ve had some error, do tell. What I read makes perfect sense. Yes I did think prematurely upon viewing this video, but you CAN always see the curvature whether or not it is significant or obvious. The Earth IS round after all.
@neil78b lol … @neil78b lol Perhaps it is the lens, but you certainly don’t have to be 20 miles high. One stop to Google told me that. In fact, it’s rather subjective. The Earth is always curved, just the degree of curvature may be so low as to be flat.
You are seeing the … You are seeing the curve of the camera lense, not the Earth, lmao. You can’t see the curvature of Earth until about 20 miles high.
Awesome. That’s … Awesome. That’s what I call laying it all out. Very nice video. Thanks for risking the helicopter to get these shots for all of us who are to scared to try this.
Thanks for the … Thanks for the reply, not sure if a more powerfull antenna would avoid the need of having same antennas on the same position…could be. What kind of radio are you using? 2.4ghz, PPM or FM? The range o fit can be really improved, there are folks flying those things on a 3.5km safe distance..:D wild as hell
Thanks for your … Thanks for your reply, weird I can’t see it here in the page. I am wondering if a more powerfull dbi antenna would at least help to address the static, although the antenna of rx and tx position may interfere as well, perhaps a more powerfull reception and transmission may help avoiding the most of interference and extend its range, right? what radio are u using? 2.4 ghz, PPM or FM ?
Curious about the 2 … Curious about the 2 dbi whip, can’t it be improved for less static? Nice setup mate, that’s what I am going for, but I am getting the Exceed Blue ray .400 class heli. You should check for RVOSD system, it’s great, and also a head track gyro that is tied to your goggles, so when you look aside, you can have a better view…what kind of camera you have? how much resolution it can take? Thanks amazing sight seeing.

A little, but I …
A little, but I feel fairly confident in my gear’s abilities and understand it’s limitations and try to stay well within them.
